Q: Will I get certified after taking your class?

A: The plain and simple answer to that question is, taking a class through Dive911 does NOT guarantee certification. Instead we will work with you to accomplish your goals, even if it takes a bit of extra time.

A: In some cases, you must be qualified to take certain courses in order to become certified. If the student is not qualified, they may receive a certificate of completion.

Q: What does it take to enroll in one of your classes?

A: In order to reserve your spot in a class or to schedule a class with one of our instructors, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is refundable UP TO 30 days prior to the class, provided that any eLearning codes have not been used. The remaining 50% balance is non-refundable and due 30 days prior to the first day of class.

Q: What if I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances?

A: We will certainly work with you and get you enrolled in the next available date for your class or you can always upgrade to a private session.

Q: What is the cost??

A: Our daily training rate for recreational and technical is $300/day, it does not matter the class in MOST cases. All gear, gas, and fees are the responsibility of the student.

A. We also have a “coaching” rate which is $200/day. the student is responsible for all gear, gas, and fees. Coaching is NOT a certification class, it is simply an opportunity to work with one of our instructors on the skills that YOU feel need improvement.

Q: How can I pay you??

A: We always take cash however, to make life a bit easier we will gladly accept Venmo @dive911, a check is acceptable, and we now take credit cards. Card in hand? No problem! Need an invoice? No problem!
